Yes. You can use all tracks and cars in different colors and styles.

Q: What is the scale of the USA Train Series?

The scale of USA Train Series is unique to our trains.

Q: Are train cars in the USA Train Series electrically-operated or battery-operated?

Train cars in the USA Train Series are battery operated. They work with one AA battery.

Q: Are AA batteries included in all products?

No. Batteries are not included.

Q: Are train cars included in Accessory Expansion Sets or individual accessory products?

No. They are not included. For train cars, please purchase USA Train Series Starter Sets.

Q: Can both sides of the tracks be used?

Yes. You can use both sides of the tracks. There is not a right side and a wrong side.

Q: Do Accessory Expansion Sets include instruction manuals?

No. Products in Accessory Expansion Sets are individually packaged as in individual accessory products. A instruction manual for each product is printed on the specific package.

Q: What individual accessory products are included in Accessory Expansion Sets?

Shipping and freight

Q: Which countries can LEC U.S.A. ship to?

At this point, LEC U.S.A. can only ship products within the US.

Q: Do customers pay for shipping?

For all USA Train SeriesUSA Train Series Starter Sets and Expansion Accessory Sets, shipping is free. However, the shipping cost for other products is paid by the customer. LEC U.S.A. may suggest special offers as a promotional event.

Q: How long does it take for an order to be processed and ready for pickup?

LEC U.S.A. always makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Pickup orders are usually ready within 48 hours.

Q: When can customers receive their orders?

LEC U.S.A. always makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from our warehouse in Rancho Dominguez, CA 90220. UPS ground service is our default shipping method.
For orders shipped to the East Coast, Midwest and Southeast, please allow 6-7 business days for delivery. For orders shipped to the Southwest, please allow 5-6 business days for delivery. For orders shipped to the West Coast, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Return Policy

Q: What is the return policy of LEC U.S.A.?

LEC U.S.A. would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your order, our return policy allows you to send back the unused product within 10 days of the date you received the package for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.
LEC U.S.A. does not refund any freight or shipping charges. LEC U.S.A cannot accept any opened items as returns.
If the customer would like to return any un-opened items, they are subject to a 25% restock fee, and the returns must be approved beforehand. And the freight cost for return of un-opened items should be paid by the customer.
Defective products will be reimbursed as credit onto the customer’s account. The customer must provide proof of any defective issues including photos upon request. Any defective issues should be reported within 10 days of the date you received the package.
