For all USA Train SeriesUSA Train Series Starter Sets and Expansion Accessory Sets, shipping is free. However, the shipping cost for other products is paid by the customer. LEC U.S.A. may suggest special offers as a promotional event.
LEC U.S.A. always makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from our warehouse in Rancho Dominguez, CA 90220. UPS ground service is our default shipping method.
For orders shipped to the East Coast, Midwest and Southeast, please allow 6-7 business days for delivery. For orders shipped to the Southwest, please allow 5-6 business days for delivery. For orders shipped to the West Coast, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your order, our return policy allows you to send back the unused product within 10 days of the date you received the package for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.
LEC U.S.A. does not refund any freight or shipping charges. LEC U.S.A cannot accept any opened items as returns.
If the customer would like to return any un-opened items, they are subject to a 25% restock fee, and the returns must be approved beforehand. And the freight cost for return of un-opened items should be paid by the customer.
Defective products will be reimbursed as credit onto the customer’s account. The customer must provide proof of any defective issues including photos upon request. Any defective issues should be reported within 10 days of the date you received the package.
