(1 )The N700 series is a Japanese Shinkansen high-speed train with tilting capability developed jointly by JR Central and JR-West for use on the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen lines since 2007.(2)N700 series trains have a maximum speed of 300 km/h (186 mph), and tilting of up to one degree allows the trains to maintain 270 km/h (168 mph) even on 2,500 m (8,200 fl) radius curves that previously had a maximum speed of 255 km/h (158 mph). (3)Another feature of the N700 is that it accelerates quicker than other shinkansen trains, with a maximum acceleration rate of 2.6 km/h/s. This enables it to reach 270 km/h (170 mph) in only three minutes.(4)"N700A" (with "A" standing for "Advanced'"), is a new version of the N700 series design and debuted in February 2013.

The track is a gray plastic that snaps toghether and apart with ease. Assembly of oval track and dioramas requires little effort or skill and can be finished and ready to operate the Bullet Train in only a few minutes.The simplicity of design makes easy construction for either adult or child. The oval layout includes eight sections of curve pieces, two straight pieces, three half size straight pieces, two Y straight pieces and two control pieces of track, or "locking switch track". They add fun and enhance the play value by providing the train with things to go over and through, rather than simply running endlessly around simple ovarl/circle trap. Adding to play value, this set provides two station platforms, a railroad signals, a train wash and a train garage. These dioramas snap easily too. And this set provides a sheet of color-printed stickers to decorate these structures and more.
